Kala joined Maxis Berhad in August 2010, bringing over 20 years of experience with her. She spent 14 years with Hay Group, where her last position was the Regional Director of Reward Practice Business for Asia Pacific Africa. As part of this role, she also served in the Regional Leadership Team. Prior to joining the Hay Group, Kala worked for the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia).

  Having spent 20 years of her professional career with CIMB, Hamidah has led the team to win several HR awards in Malaysia and also in Asia, the latest recognition being ASEAN’s best employer. Today, Hamidah has regional responsibility over Group Human Resource, Group Administration and Property Management, Sports & Recreation as well as Corporate Responsibility. This includes areas like manpower planning, rewards and performance, training, industrial relations, general administration, sports and recreation as well as corporate responsibility activities which unite over 40,000 employees across the region. She also oversees the Commerce Leadership Institute, established to nurture talents and build future visionary leaders.

Ciaron was also the architect of project ‘Bamboo’ which was designed to increase sales productivity by making key changes to NSN’s sales workforce (MOO, Employee Renewal, Training & Development, Incentivisation)
