HRSSC, as the name suggests is a centre delivering a host of consolidated uniform services supporting one or many locations across the region. Strategically, it may have different meanings and dimensions for different organisations. The organisations also, depending upon their size and priorities can chose the outsource, in-source or multi-source their SSC’s. This workshop has been designed to discuss the below mentioned points which are essential to know for any SSC from planning stage to expansion stage to be able to support the strategic business planning for the organisation. In this workshop you can also learn how your HR SSC can become involved in strategy planning. In this workshop get to learn:

  • What is Shared Services for your organisation and what is so essential for your organisation to go for shared services centre?
  • Does your SSC have an end to end support from all stakeholders?
  • For Start up SSC – Do you have a strong business case and a strategic mid-level plan to go for SSC?
